Returns & Refunds

As a small business, we currently do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders once they have been delivered. However, if you face any issues with your order, please reach out to us at info@aelorafashion.com, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

Damages & Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@fashionaelora.com within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and images as proof. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include an exchange or store credit.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact. To initiate an exchange, please email info@aelorafashion.com, with your order details and an unboxing video. Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to us, and upon receiving it, we will process your exchange.

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer store credit.

Cancellations & Order Modifications
•Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. To request a cancellation, email us at info@aelorafashion.com as soon as possible.
•Address Modifications: If you need to update your shipping address, please inform us before your order has been processed for shipping.

At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds will only be provided in cases where a wrong product was sent or the item is severely damaged and cannot be replaced. Any applicable refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days post-approval.

•No refunds or exchanges will be processed if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address or refuses the package.
•Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
